“When someone wants to book, they can get in touch through the Peerspace platform, tell me about their project and I can decide whether to accept the booking.”
The flat is situated within a large detached Victorian house, which features two working fireplaces, in the living room and master bedroom.
Anna rents out the property at £150 an hour, with a minimum of four hours for a booking, and she says she can earn up to £1,500 a day with the enterprise.
She said: “It really depends on how much the space is being booked, and how long for. But from listing the space I can earn anything up to £1,500 per day.
