(Reuters) – The legal professional representing the loved ones of Tyre Nichols, the Black male who was fatally beaten by Memphis police officers, identified as on Sunday for the U.S. Congress to move law enforcement reform laws, and reported Nichols’ mother hoped the tragedy could direct to a “increased fantastic.”
