First Lady Jill Biden arrived at the Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase in Romania Friday, to thank U.S. troops deployed there. It was Mrs. Biden’s first stop on a four-day visit to eastern Europe to get an up-close look at the Ukrainian refugee crisis. (May 6)
