Man, 74, arrested in Spain over letter bombs sent to PM and embassies | Spain

Spanish law enforcement have arrested a 74-12 months-previous guy suspected of currently being the author of the letter bombs despatched in late 2022 to a number of establishments and embassies in Spain, sources have told Spanish and French media.

The equipment had been despatched to targets like the key minister, Pedro Sánchez, the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid, government places of work, a European Union satellite company and the US embassy in between 24 November and 2 December. Just one individual was a bit wounded.

The person was arrested in Miranda de Ebro in northern Spain, a resource explained to Agence France-Presse without the need of supplying additional aspects.
