Meghan Markle’s popularity in the UK stands at just 16 percent with her husband, Prince Harry, only seen positively by a third of people in the UK, new polling for Express.co.uk has revealed.
A poll of 1,816 people carried out by Techne UK shows the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s popularity is trailing behind Royal Family members they are soon to reunite with at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
In the survey, just 33 percent of those who responded held a positive opinion of Harry, whereas 56 percent held negative sentiments.
Where 11 percent of respondents did not know how they felt about the Duke, 13 percent said the same for his wife Meghan.
More than seven out of 10 respondents, however, held a negative perception of the Duchess, versus the 16 percent who see her in a positive light.
